Standard Image Licence
By purchasing and downloading an image from Benyz Pics, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the image subject to the following terms.
You may:
Use the image for personal projects.
Use the image on websites, blogs and social media.
Use the image for business and marketing materials.
Use the image in digital and printed promotional materials.
Crop, resize and make reasonable adjustments to suit your project.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute or give the original image file to another person.
Sell the image as a standalone product.

Register the image as a trademark or logo.
Use the image in products primarily intended for resale, such as posters, prints, calendars or merchandise, without an additional licence.
Copyright
Copyright and ownership of the photograph remain with Benyz Pics. Purchasing an image grants you permission to use the photograph; copyright ownership itself is not transferred.
Extended & Exclusive Licensing
Extended commercial and exclusive licences are available from Benyz Pics for selected photographs. These licences can cover large-scale commercial use, advertising campaigns, merchandise, resale products and other uses beyond the Standard Image Licence.
